In the Winter 2018 Edible Boston issue, Steve Holt has written an articulate article on the food innovation and collaboration hubs in Boston. I’m part of BranchFood and gain tremendous energy from being part of the community. Below is my small excerpt, I recommend reading the entire article here.
“A few feet away at another long table is Heather Sears, whose first book, Mind to Mouth: A Busy Chick’s Guide to Mindful Mealtime Moments – cam out in November 2017. Besides writing, she used the space to run a small kitchenware business. But its being around so many kindred spirits that puts the biggest smile on Sears’s face when asked to describe BranchFood.
“It’s amazing being here. being part of the energy, something that’s moving – moving the economy, moving Boston forward,” she says.
